The Gardens of Helios (breakfast in option)

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST (5 €/ person) - Cosy room with a double bed and bathroom upstairs in a very modern, luminous and welcoming house. There's also a garden with a wooden terrace, it is easy to park as this is a residential area. Bus stop: 3 minutes away to go downtown. Downtown is 10 min away by car. This is an ecological district meaning all houses have solar panels, and are build using ecological materials. The space My house is located in an Eco-District it has been designed by architects who wanted to create eco friendly houses using special materials (cell walls) and equipment (solar panels and heating pump). The house is also very luminous and has a nice garden. Guest access You will have a private room on the first floor. The bathroom and toilets are sometimes used by my daughter when she comes back on week ends but are most of the time private too. During your stay I love to meet people from different countries and help you discover my city: Laval. I can provide you with information and even give you a tour if I have time.
