Gîte near Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley

3-star cottage, located 20 minutes from Beauval Zoo and close to the many castles of the Loire Valley. Located 5 minutes from the A85, the cottage is equipped for 2–4 people. The place is great for rest, relaxation and you can enjoy the surrounding calm while having access to shops very close by. An identical gîte located at the back of the building, also for rent, allows two families to be accommodated together. Heated in any season. Personalized welcome and late check-in upon request. The space The accommodation includes a double bedroom (140×200), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities: fridge, mini oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, induction stove, as well as all the dishes. The bedroom has a dressing room and a dresser. A bay window gives access to the garden and terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ on request. Bowling alley available, ping pong table, swing and trampoline. Breakfast basket available as an option and by reservation. Guest access Independent accommodation, with terrace. Garden access ideal for young and old. All on a fully fenced complex, with private parking. Other things to note The house is at the entrance to the village and shops are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The place is quiet and invites you to relax with very pleasant exteriors. You can park your vehicle at the foot of your accommodation, within the enclosed and secure park with an electric digicode gate. We have fully fenced chickens, a cat and a very old dog, who are used to travelers and their 4-legged companions.
