It was recently renovated and has kept many of its original features such as the wooden shutters and floors as well as the beautiful ornate plasterwork ceilings. Perfect for couples or small families who want to sleep in the heart of the city. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a single bed. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and shower. ￫ Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa, a decorative plaster ceiling and a balcony with a view to one of the most traditional streets of Lisbon. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). All other items must be acquired by the guest. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. ￫ For reservations longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€.
