Underfloor heating. No air conditioning, but 2 good fans. WiFi and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, blender, juicer and coffee maker. Building with a lift, accessible via a flight of stairs. The duplex also has internal stairs. The space The house is fully equipped, you can find the necessary towels and bedding for your stay, as well as hair dryer, iron and kitchen utensils. Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of the guests. It is located on the 3rd floor of a small building with three apartments.
