The 1937 "I Fiscoli" Oil Mill

The B&B Il Frantoio 1937 consists of two 75-square-meter apartments located in the historic center. Each is entrusted to the exclusive use of each individual customer, or family. Each is equipped with every comfort and is suitable for leisure or business stays. It does not have parking, but a 24-hour guarded parking lot can be used for a fee 300 meters away. Self-heating, they do not need air conditioning due to the thick stone walls. However, they are equipped with fans. Each apartment is for the exclusive use of the customer, whether single or family, and is organized to be able to stay comfortably for vacation or work, even for long periods. The access and usability of the spaces allows you to accommodate elderly people, disabled people or people with temporary motor disabilities. The manager provides fresh and delicious products for breakfast on a daily basis, also responding to the customer's special dietary needs. The housekeeper will take care of replacing what has been consumed. The Frantoio 1937 B&B is located in the historic center, has a parking agreement 50 m away and is very close to the Bari Nord railway station, as well as the metro station for the airport. It has agreements with restaurants, nightclubs, beaches and tourist guides. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of a fully equipped mini-apartment. Once checked in, which is possible from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed and available, the guest can access freely and independently. As they are street-facing, they are both suitable for the elderly, disabled, or simply for those who have temporary ailments or mobility problems. Other things to note For breakfast, the guest can use the kitchen, the Nespresso coffee machine, the kettle for tea, infusions and chamomile, and the toaster. In the fridge you will find still and sparkling water, yogurt, butter and fruit juices, milk. The utensils and useful products (honey, cocoa, assorted jams, hazelnut cream, biscuits, biscuits and snacks) will already be on the table. If there are special dietary needs, the manager and the housekeeper will find what is necessary, for intolerances and allergies. Every day, the housekeeper will take care of replacing everything that has been consumed.
