Casa Helena has superb sea view & countryside from our 2 hectare hill top. It is 1 of 3 cottages, lovingly restored to retain their rustic Algarvian charm. It has a fully equipped kitchen & all modern amenities. The shared 10x5m pool is set in a mature Mediterranean garden. Only 6 km from the beach & 2 km from the friendly village of Moncarapacho has many great restaurants. We enjoy a micro climate, no frost & little rain. Our nearest beach, Fuseta, is often compared to the Caribbean. The space Casa Helena has a cozy original Portuguese chimney breast of olive wood. The casa is open-plan with arches separating lounge, dining room & kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. There is seating for 8, both inside & out. Also 4 sun lounges. Private parking. Split-level patio with sea view, surrounded by lantana & other shrubs. It is attached to Casa Maria, but separated by an archway & shrubbery for privacy. Guest access Casa Hélena is private, with it's own patios & parking. You are free to roam all the surrounding countryside along the old mule tracks. You can climb Mount San MIquel, directly behind your Casa--the highest mountain in the eastern Algarve (less than a 1000m).
