Located on the top floor in a quiet private room. This room has all amenities you will need including quality bed, stand-up, sit down desk, computer gaming chair, large closet, HD smart Tv with full cable and movie channels. You will find inspiration and motivational artwork and a great energy home. I provide a safe awesome home for professionals travelers or visitors. Drugs/alcohol not to be consumed on property. The entire home has been remodeled. It has security features & key-less entry. The space It is a large home with many amenities. The land surrounding the home is under landscaping design and it will be developed next year mid 2020- Each room has a comfortable new bed, new sheets and pillows, new towels, desk, TV with all the channels and super high internet speed capable of many devices. There are two areas outside of room to work, a private office, a conference table, 2 dinning areas, two living rooms and sits on a large property. For over a year since remodeling I have rented rooms out to short term and long term stays. Lots of parking, tons of artwork throughout the house and I continue to make upgrades because I believe that in a house like this you are able to remain positive and tackle all your short term or long term goals while staying in Denver Metro long term or just traveling through. There is a garage for an additional fee. Things like Towels can be provided if need be. I am open to any and all requests. Kings Super, and many great eateries just minutes , near downtown Littleton and close to all Denver Metro Areas. NO fees as I have heard many make additional revenue by charging hidden fees. With me what you see is what you are charged with the exception of additional guests. Guest access Access to all shared spaces and your private room. During your stay There is a house manager on property who stays in one of the bedrooms. He typically gets up at 5am and is available in the morning and during the evening hours. I am also available so you have two people working for you to coordinate your stay making it as convenient as possible. Other things to note I run a nonprofit and I am here to be of service and provide the best living environment possible. We respect each other and each other's privacy while lending a hand when ever needed.
