The space Bullrush Barn – Characterful Barn Conversion (Sleeps 6) Bullrush Barn is one of four unique holiday cottages, lovingly converted from old farm outbuildings. Set in the pretty courtyard of Ty Newydd Farmhouse, it faces onto its own private garden with beautiful views of the Welsh countryside. It is 10 minutes south of Brecon, in between the villages of Pencelli and Llanfrynach. This former tractor barn has been transformed into a stylish three-bedroom cottage sleeping up to six people. Step through the original entrance into an open-plan, relaxed living space. Exposed beams and modern, thermostatically controlled underfloor heating make it a cosy retreat in winter, while in summer you can enjoy lazy breakfasts or evening BBQs on the patio. The cottage is ideally situated for stargazing in the Brecon Beacons International Dark Sky Reserve. PETS - Two well-behaved dogs welcome (£30 per dog) Guest access You have booked the whole house on a self catering basis, so you have full run of the property and garden. You also have your own allocated parking fitting 2/3 cars. It is set in a traditional Welsh Farm Courtyard, which is part of the holiday business, but please respect others privacy. Other things to note I provide a starter pack, with a few things to get you started, but the unit is self catering. So don't forget to bring your own breakfast things. Linen, towels and basic toiletries all provided, washing up liquid, dish cloths, scourers, tea towels, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and 2 toilet rolls per loo. (No fresh milk, but we are next door if you havent brought your own) Cot and high chair available on request. We do allow upto two dogs (£30 per dog for extra cleaning) The property is part of a set of holiday cottages. It is a small friendly family run business.
