Spacious loft apartment on the edge of Dartmoor

Enjoy a stay in this beautiful location set on the edge of Dartmoor and near to the charming village of Lustleigh. Great for walking and exploring the moor. The private apartment has an ensuite bedroom with a king size bed and an adjoining large sitting room. Tea and coffee are available, but there are no cooking facilities. Lustleigh is a five minute drive away or a short walk. There is a lovely pub, shop and tea room in the village as well as good eating places a short drive away. The space The house is detached and is surrounded by a lovely garden (which guests can use) and great views. The upstairs rooms are light and airy. The whole apartment is carpeted and in good decorative order. Amenities in the living room include a fridge, kettle, cafetiere and necessary cutlery and crockery. Guest access The two rooms are private, light, large and airy. The bedroom with a king size bed has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. The sitting room is also private and airy. Guests are very welcome to use the garden. Breakfast can be eaten either in their room or, in the Summer, enjoy the fabulous views from the deck. During your stay I live in the house on the ground floor. Other things to note Guests are very welcome to use my kitchen but I request that meat and fish is not cooked as I am a vegetarian. I have two very well behaved dogs and one cat.
