Our Guesthouse is a fully self contained studio that is situated on 5 beautifully treed acres with ocean/forest views. It is perfect for a Romantic getaway that offers peace, tranquility and privacy. Brand new Queen size bed and new queen size sofa bed. Ten minute walk to the village (shopping & restaurants) and beach. We are extremely close to amazing trails and tennis courts. If you are walking on the ferry, please RESERVE your spot!!!!!! Guesthouse is best for two adults and a child. The space Private, quiet and comfortable studio equipped with everything you need. Please feel free to roam the 5 acres......lots of room for outdoor activities. The studio has a new 3 piece washroom, stocked kitchenette which includes seasonings, oil and most condiments. Cream or milk is supplied for your coffe/tea. As a few of you may remember we had double bunkbeds but we now have a beautiful brand new queen size comfy bed. And queen size sofa bed. Small dining table. The studio is also equipped with iron/ironing board, hair dryer, medical kit. PLEASE NOTE : WE ALSO SUPPLY THE BEDDING, DISH TOWELS, DISH CLOTH, HAND & FACE CLOTHS and TOWELS. Starting May long weekend you can enjoy our super awesome FARMERS MARKET, located within walking distance located at the Ag Hall fair grounds on Fernhill Road every Saturday....great local food, crafts, and music. Im also in the Market. I own/operate an Art Studio located on the property. Our local Sunny Mayne Bakery makes the best of the best....great coffee too. Please bring your own beach towels or available on request. Absolutely NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY !!!!
