Welcome to our comfortable 2 BR, 4-bed private upper unit bungalow apartment with an easy keypad for self check-in and off-street parking. There are 3 window AC units , one in both bedrooms and one in the living room. Only 12 min to downtown, 7 min to Miller Park, 9 to Froedtert Hospital, and a 3 minute ride (half-mile walk) to all that North Ave and East Tosa have to offer. Great for long term stays and families. We provide a stroller, a high-chair, a pack’n’play, board games and more. The space This is an upper unit in a classic Milwaukee bungalow. You will have your own private entrance from the front of the house with easy self check-in on a keypad. There is one parking spot in our driveway for off-street parking and abundant street parking as well. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The living room has a comfortable futon that can be used as a full bed. You can sleep up to 7. I provide organic whole-bean coffee and a coffee grinder. There is a coffee maker and a french press. There is also an assortment of teas and a tea kettle. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, baking sheets, a muffin tin, dishware, silverware, a salad spinner, strainers, a dishwasher, and more! In addition,the kitchen has a new rice cooker and chopsticks. Families are welcome and we provide additional amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. In the unit we provide... -A high chair -A stroller and 2 umbrellas -A folding pack n play crib -A small folding table with 2 kids chairs -A stool in the bathroom -Board games and puzzles -A playground in our backyard and lawn furniture. (shared space) There is a nice desk area with a new HP printer-scanner. In addition to an iron and ironing board there is also a clothes steamer and a suit-hanger. And the WIFI is fast. The TV is a 39" Firestick TV with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, as well as a digital antenna for over-the-air TV. We have an extra washer and dryer in our shared basement for guests who stay a week or longer. The neighborhood is safe and walkable and there is a great park (Center Street Park) with a new playground across the street. The park also has two ice rinks to skate on in the winter. Guest access You get the entire upstaires unit to yourself. You have your own entrance from the front with a private staircase up to the unit. You can also enjoy the shared space of our backyard which has a playground and a table with 4 chairs. Guests on one week or longer stays can use the extra washer and dryer in our shared basement.
