Charming two-room apartment with panoramic views and sleeping accommodations for 5, located just a few kilometers from the Cinque Terre (7 minutes by train), overlooking the sea and surrounded by greenery, featuring two beautiful terraces, one open-air and one covered. A 4-minute walk away, there are a few small beaches, the train station (visible from the terrace as shown in the photos; of course, you can hear the noise of the train), the bike path, the small marina, two cafés, and a restaurant. Shops and other restaurants are a 4-minute drive away. The space The accommodation in question, located in a dominant position overlooking the sea and the train station: it is extremely quiet while not being isolated, it is equipped with a parking space for exclusive use in the parking lot of the building; it is located a short walk from the Framura train station and five minutes from the sea. The accommodation is composed as follows: two rooms that are both living and sleeping rooms, one newly renovated with a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed; another room – veranda – equipped with two single sofa beds; a small bathroom, with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; a small furnished kitchen that is not habitable and equipped with an oven and washing machine. A covered veranda terrace enclosed on three sides that enjoys a wonderful view, used from May to October as a dining room; another part of the terrace is uncovered and is used as a solarium. (This is why we recommend the use of the apartment for 5 people from May to October, while in the cold seasons when the terrace cannot also be a living room and dining room, we recommend it for a maximum of 4). The two rooms are not adjacent, but separated by the terrace. The apartment is equipped with central heating, air conditioning and a large (80 liters) electric water heater. The furniture in the main room was renovated this winter (2025/2026). Guest access The accommodation is fully available without any limitations. Guests are welcome! Other things to note Since the house is also used by the owners as a vacation home, some furniture is occupied by their belongings.
