Spacious 2 bedroom apartment situated in the centre of Westport town, perfectly located for visiting the many amenities Westport has to offer, all within very short walking distance. The apartment would also serve as an ideal base to those exploring the west coast of Ireland, Connemara and the wild Atlantic Way. The space This 1st floor maisonette apartment is ideally suited for groups looking for spacious accommodation to share and consists of a large living room, kitchen/diner, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom with en-suite, a seperate downstairs w.c and a balcony. The living room also includes a 39" smart TV with access to Saorview digital TV. There is also wifi access throughout the apartment. The kitchen inclues dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Also all essential kitchenware and cookware etc are provided. The master bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror. The en-suite has a toilet, wash basin and walk in shower. The twin room includes a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The ensuite has a toilet, wash basin and walk in shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note While the apartment is strictly no smoking, guests are permitted to use the balcony area to smoke. The apartment is very centrally located in Westport and therefore there is potential for noise at nights and particularly on weekends. There is parking outside the apartment but is subject to pay and display fees between 8am and 6pm (free outside these times and on Sundays). The fees are 70c per hour or up to €3 for a full day. Before booking the apartment please be aware that the check in time is from 3pm onwards and check out is by no later than 11am. This is to allow sufficient time to clean/prepare the apartment between guests particularly during the busy spring/summer period.
