The cleaning fee includes the apartment and washing of laundry at the end of your stay. The space The apartment is set up for 6-8 people to enjoy Summer or Winter in Salzburgland. New for '22. 90L Fridge, Large Double Sofabed, whole apartment repainted and living/dining area upholstery and curtains replaced. You can self-check in and there is a waiting room at the complex should you arrive before your agreed check-in time. This can also be used for bag drops. 3 Large Double Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms offer good space with fitted wardrobes and drawers for storage. Allbedrooms have either a terrace or, open on to the garden area. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for short or long stays including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The living/dining room seats 8 comfortably and has TV/DVD and WiFi. The building has storage on the ground floor for Skis and Bikes as well as washing and drying facilities. In the Winter season there is a communal wellness area with Infra-Red Cabin, Jacuzzi and Sauna, while in the Summer we are only 150m from the Wasserwelt Wagrain. Car Parking is adjacent to the building. There are excellent restaurants and a well stocked supermarket within a 10 min walk.
