Welcome to our charming 4-star home, the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests and 3 babies! Imagine enjoying a quiet stay, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the city center. It is a perfect setting to explore the beautiful Somme Bay with family or friends. Please note that the gîte is rented without bed linen or bath towels, and cleaning is your responsibility. The space This 105 m² house is a real cocoon of comfort. It includes: - 3 bedrooms, one of which is inspired by the wonderful world of Alice in Wonderland. - 6 beds for a restful sleep and 2 bathrooms for your comfort. - 2 cozy living rooms, equipped with Wi-Fi and everything you need for relaxing moments (board games and DVDs). Upon arrival, a €85 package for end-of-stay cleaning will be requested, ensuring a clean and welcoming space for the following guests. Here's a glimpse of what you'll find: • Ground floor: - Two living rooms, one with an electric fireplace, a friendly dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and more) for homemade meals. - 1 bedroom on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility, with a double bed of 160 x 200 - 4 flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray DVD players for relaxing evenings with the family. - Two modern shower rooms, one with a double sink and a washing machine. • Upstairs: - A bedroom with 4 single beds 90 x 200, a baby crib, and comfortable arrangements for children. - Another bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200, with a baby bed and a crib, perfect for families. The house is rented as "bare beds" (bed linens and bath linens are not provided), but pillows, duvets and blankets are available. Cleaning is your responsibility. Additional comfort options may also be available. When you arrive, a small welcome kit awaits you with essentials to start your stay: 4 toilet papers, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, shower gel, shampoo, coffee and filters, Senseo pods, and more. To stock up later, take the time to discover local products at the Carrefour supermarket, 2 steps away. We provide the necessary products for daily maintenance of the premises In addition, a binocular rental service is offered (€5/stay). Note: The staircase leading upstairs may seem "steep" to some. Guest access We invite you to discover Le Crotoy on foot. Paid parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation. (Paid from April 1 to October 31). Parking at €3 per day is accessible, Route de Rue in Le Crotoy, 850 m from the accommodation. One day parking pass can be offered at €6 (ask me). Other things to note At the end of the stay, we require the house to be in perfect condition. You are responsible for putting the "Perle de Sel" vacation home back in order: - Empty the garbage cans and put them in the courtyard. The recycling bag (blue or white) is next to it, as well as the glasses in the black basket. - Put the used linen: kitchen towels and shower mats, bed linen, towels in the laundry baskets of the bathroom. You can leave the mattress covers and pillow protectors in place. - Dishes must be done, dried and put away. - The house should be left clean and tidy. The cleaning kit is available under the sink and in the toilet cabinet of the large bathroom. - The vacuum cleaner used (floor and ground floor) and subsequently emptied, a bucket and mop are available as well as floor products for washing floors. - Sinks cleaned and wiped. - The stainless steel surfaces must be clean. - The shower walls must be wiped and free of traces of water or limestone (We provide a "special shower walls and mirrors" washcloth for this purpose.) - The toilet is to be cleaned. - Remember to empty the coffee maker, the kettle, the Senseo. - Clean the hotplates, oven (aluminum on the drip tray), refrigerator and microwave. Turn off the towel dryers. Close the skylights. Leave the house as you found it. Thank you for this consideration☺️. Leave the holiday home as you would like to find it... Our advice Take the time to do this because if you fail to comply with this tidying clause, you may be charged an additional €85. We provide bath mats, two kitchen towels, and cleaning cloths. You will need to provide: - Duvet covers (220 x 240 qty 2) / (140 x 200 qty 4). - Mattress covers (160 x 200: qty 2) / (90 x 200 qty: 4) - Pillowcases: qty 10 Comfort options can be offered. The house is suitable for children and babies: - baby bath - bath chair - changing mat - baby bed - floor-level crib - travel cot with extra mattress, mattress cover - high chair - booster seat - pots, toilet reducer - all-age games, books, board games, cubes... coloring books available. Playstation X Box 360 and its many games. Early check-in is possible and upon request (from 1 p.m.) for an additional charge of €30. Late check-out is possible and on request (until 1 p.m.) for an additional charge of €30. During the short holidays and summer 2025 (from July 5 to the end of August), stays are for a minimum of 3 nights.
