Modern guest room next to the watermill

Of the four rooms on the first floor of our family house, this is the south-facing room without a terrace. Breakfast can be arranged either from a local grocery store or in our family restaurant (30m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. We pamper our guests with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. It is possible to rent a bicycle in the bicycle rental on the street. Check-in is only possible from 5 pm in high season. In the fall of 2019, we moved to the middle level and by July 2020, we finished the upper level, which we can rent out to guests. The Tulip guest house is located on the first floor of our family house with four rooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious terrace overlooking the water mill and the Lake Balaton. Rooms have a mini fridge, satellite TV, internet, wall cooling system. Kitchen is fully equipped. Guest access Our guests have a separate entrance to the guest house, they can use the closed parking lot free of charge. The grassy area is for private use, guests can only use the first floor of the building.
