Casale San Niccola is a recently renovated three-story building from the 18th century. It is surrounded by meadows and you can admire a wonderful view of the olive grove and the sea. Casa Mimosa is a large loft, under the roof. Entrance hallway with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with walk-in closets, a bathroom with large bathtub and large shower and double sink, spacious living area (about 60 square meters) with two sofas and dining area. It is ideal for a couple or a family with children. The space The MIMOSA apartment is located inside the farmhouse and is located on the second and last floor (2 double bedrooms). It is a large and bright loft with fresh and essential furnishings suitable for a family that wants to share common spaces. It offers its guests a wonderful view of the olive grove until you reach the horizon overlooking the sea. The furnishings are cared for to the smallest detail, favoring materials and essences that revive the authenticity of the Maremma. In all apartments, colors and materials blend harmoniously. Each apartment has been dedicated a reserved area in the large garden about 20 meters from the Main House with a pergola and outdoor tables and chairs.
