Casa do Caminho do Monte - Rural Cottage Getaway

A hill cottage, surounded by silence and a breathtaking view. There are no words to describe the feelings that emerge when you enter this property and look over the valley... The astonishing view that seems to have no end, the uppers and downs of the land, a mix of high mountains and rural areas with vineyards and corn fields, the clean air that almost hurts the ones that are used to a city lifestyle. A truly special place for the ones that feel nature and rural life as deeply as we do! The space This special rural cottage is placed in a the upper part of a small village of Arcos de Valdevez! The place was built so that it seems truly integrated in the landscape, with local materials, mostly wood and stone. Above all, the view over the valley makes you never wanting to leave... The cottage is composed by two floors: - On the 1st floor, you can gather with family and friends in a lovely open space area with living, dining room and a very well eqquipped kitchen, as well as a wc. There you will also find two doors that leads you to the front balcony and the stairs that goes up to the bedrooms. - On the 2nd floor, relax and restore energies in one of our three bedrooms (and two complete bathrooms). Two of them have direct access to the upper garden area, one to the pool area and the other to a garden with fruit trees and relaxation places! Confort and detail are the watchwords of our interior spaces. Outside, enjoy the balcony area with a barbecue, the garden that surrounds the place and the amazing pool with breathtaking view over the valley! There are also several parking spaces. Guest access The entire place will be yours during the stay! Other things to note The access to the parking area of the cottage is a bit difficult for more inexperienced drivers! As the cottage is placed in a higher part of the hills, the entrance is a bit up, but manageable! Anyway, I'll be personally doing the check-in, so that I can help you if you have any difficulty!
