It has been rebuilt respecting the Maremman tradition, with recycled materials, perfectly blending tradition and modernity. The splendid 17-meter saltwater pool is in complete harmony with its surroundings. The space The country house has high ceilings with oak tiles and beams. The floor is made of red terracotta tiles. The kitchen tiles are reproductions of ancient tiles from Roman times, and the bathrooms are in terracotta, resin and mosaic. The closets, bookcase and indoor dining table are antiques, and the wrought-iron and wooden beds have hypoallergenic mattresses. The farmhouse has three bedrooms, one double, with bathroom inside, and two twins, with shared bathroom on the hallway. The beautiful saltwater pool is in front of the house and is shared exclusively with my family. Guest access Guests have access to the beautiful garden surrounding the house that encloses the country house where there are two pergolas. One covered with wisteria, with a large wooden table and benches and the second at the back of the house furnished with armchairs, an iron coffee table and a rocking chair. Access to the pool is from the garden at the back of the house. Other things to note Just a few meters away from the house, you can also access the banks of the Albegna River and choose to have a bath in another century! Podere Pagliaiolo is located 12 km from Scansano and Montemerano and 14 km from Terme di Sturnia. In an hour you can reach Siena and in an hour and a half Pisa.
