Priors Hill is an outstanding 5 bed detached house providing the most spectacular holiday retreat for large groups or extended families. This beautiful property occupies a prime position above the Yealm Estuary in the waterside village of Noss Mayo. Priors Hill is modern, stylish and spacious so large groups will never feel on top of each other. The front facing balconies enjoy mesmerising views of the river. Sleeping up to 10 we can offer reduced occupancy rates. The space Priors Hill is set back from the lane in Noss Mayo opposite the church and minutes away from the waterside. A 2 minute walk will take you to the Ship Inn or the Swan where you will be guaranteed great food and a wonderful riverside atmosphere. Tennis courts are on hand down the hill as is a large play park and woods. Priors Hills offers stylish and comfortable accommodation of the highest specification, with its large open plan kitchen/living area being a particular feature of this beautiful house. The double-opening wood burner, which separates the living and dining areas ensures that on those days when you wish to feel cosy you can do so whether tucked up on the sofas with a cup of tea or enjoying a meal at the substantial bespoke oak dining table. The ground floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. All bedrooms have glass doors leading out to the front of the property. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king beds whilst bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. One bathroom has a shower whilst the other is just furnished with toilet and sink. Cleverly hidden behind wooden sliding doors is the utility space housing washing machine and ample storage room. Upstairs is the large open light kitchen living area which is where you are most likely to spend your time. A large balcony running the length of the front of the house is a great place to sit and stare! Absorb all the activity that takes place on the stunning Yealm estuary. The dining area houses a beautiful oak table made especially for the house. This room is separated from the living area by a feature fireplace housing a dual door woodburner. Leading from the dining room is another family bathroom housing both bath and shower; the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the snug. This room has a smart tv and a sofa bed. A perfect space for a bit of R and R. To the rear of the property and accessed from both the kitchen and the master bedroom is the large garden. Set on a slope it’s a great area for those wishing to improve their fitness! A large patio area furnished with wooden table and chairs is the perfect spot for some al fresco dining. Priors Hill really does make the most of its beautiful surroundings, offering you the choice between watching life on the river from the balcony at the front of the property or enjoying a BBQ on the private patio. Luckily the large glass doors and windows mean you can take in these stunning views even on days when the sun has decided not to play ball.
