The space The villa is located just before Serramazzoni, adjacent to an enchanting forest. It has 11 beds divided between a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and 5 additional beds in other areas of the house (attic, passage room and rumpus room). Ideal for groups or families who want to stay in good company in the typical atmosphere of the Emilian mountains. Rustic and characteristic, Villa Ferrari extends over three floors for a total of 250 m2. At the entrance you will find the patio overlooking the large living room equipped with sofa, fireplace, chess table. Connected to it you will find a charming living room with an extendable dining table and a comfortable balcony. On the ground floor there is also an equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and the double bedroom. Equipped with a characteristic ceiling with exposed beams, on the upper floor you will find a mezzanine containing the two double bedrooms, two attic recreational spaces and a bathroom. On the lower floor of the villa there is a relaxing rumpus room equipped with a fireplace, comfortable double sofa bed, bathroom, billiard room, washing machine and garage with table football and ping-pong table Villa Ferrari offers services such as bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. For 7 to 9 guests, 3 additional beds are available in the attics. For 10 to 11 guests we also use the sofa bed in the rumpus room with adjacent bathroom. Groups of at least 7 guests always have access to a pool table, football table, ping-pong table, and tables set up for chess, backgammon, and card games in the recreation room. Groups of up to 6 guests may use the game areas provided the adjacent space is not occupied (the recreation room is essentially a self-contained apartment). Furthermore, on request, single rooms can be arranged for a maximum of 6 guests with a daily supplement of 10 euros each to be paid separately. For long stays (over one week), linen changes and additional cleaning services are available for an extra charge. There is no air conditioning, as Villa Ferrari is situated at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level; this ensures a cool climate even during the hottest months—so much so that it is difficult to sleep in summer without a light quilt on the bed. It is the ideal place for tourists and enthusiasts who wish to visit the wonderful "land of motors".
