Cozy mountain villa with fireplace located just 15 km from Maranello. The property has been deliberately furnished with rustic solid wood furniture to underline the beauty and hospitality of the Emilian tradition. Villa Ferrari is on three floors and has an independent entrance. It is ideal for a stay of 6 people but can accommodate up to 11 people. The tranquility of the place guarantees guests a pleasant and relaxing stay in the company of their travel companions. The space The villa is located just before Serramazzoni, adjacent to an enchanting forest. It has 11 beds divided between a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and 5 additional beds in other areas of the house (attic, passage room and rumpus room). Ideal for groups or families who want to stay in good company in the typical atmosphere of the Emilian mountains. Rustic and characteristic, Villa Ferrari extends over three floors for a total of 250 m2. At the entrance you will find the patio overlooking the large living room equipped with sofa, fireplace, chess table. Connected to it you will find a charming living room with an extendable dining table and a comfortable balcony. On the ground floor there is also an equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and the double bedroom. Equipped with a characteristic ceiling with exposed beams, on the upper floor you will find a mezzanine containing the two double bedrooms, two attic recreational spaces and a bathroom. On the lower floor of the villa there is a relaxing rumpus room equipped with a fireplace, comfortable double sofa bed, bathroom, billiard room, washing machine and garage with table football. Villa Ferrari offers services such as bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. For long stays (over a week) linen changes and further cleaning are expected to be paid separately. Guest access For up to 6 guests, 3 rooms are available on the ground floor and in the mezzanine area. For 7 to 9 guests, 3 additional beds are available in the attics. For 10 to 11 guests we also use the sofa bed in the rumpus room. Guests always have access to the billiard room, the table football, tables with chess, backgammon and playing cards. Furthermore, on request, single rooms can be arranged for a maximum of 6 guests with a daily supplement of 10 euros each to be paid separately. Other things to note Villa Ferrari is located not far from the major four-wheeled attractions of Emilia Romagna. It is the ideal place for tourists and enthusiasts who wish to visit the wonderful "land of motors". In the surrounding area you will find giants in the sector such as: - Ferrari in Maranello; - Pagani in Castelfranco; - Maserati in Modena - Lamborghini in Nonantola; - Ducati in Bologna. You will also have the opportunity to travel on the famous Via Giardini: the most panoramic road to get to Villa Ferrari and the favorite route for local motorcyclists and beyond. The area is also rich in mountain bike routes. In nearby Pavullo you will also find an e-bike rental.
