Our Victorian First Floor Apartment is a rare find as only available for a few months over the summer. Located in the prime location of Kings Park, we are close to the amenities of the town centre (train/bus station around 10-15 mins walk) yet the wide -treelined streets, castle and nearby parkland mean there is open space right on your door step. Rent the whole apartment or see our individual room listings if you don't need as much space. Fully renovated a couple of years ago! High ceilings and original victorian features including a high skylight make this a lovely flat flooded with light. Each of the three luxurious bedrooms have king size beds and original fireplaces. The living room has a stunning semi-circular window with views to the Ochills, Stirling Jail and the Castle (when the trees are not in full foliage!) The bathroom boasts original victorian features and the most enormous roll top bath with rain shower above. A spacious well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is complimented by an adjoining dining room/2nd sitting room so there is plenty of space to relax and chill out. Guests have exclusive use of the whole flat. We will normally be staying nearby so accessible if needed. We will either meet you for a key handover or keys will be left in our key safe for you. Kings Park is a beautiful area of Stirling. Whilst close to the city centre it is still a quiet neighbourhood with wide tree-lined streets and Victorian properties in many different styles. The park itself is within 5 minutes walk of our property and offers an amazing cafe with outdoor seating under a shelter, great play park, golf course, exercise machines and scenic walks with views across to Ben Lomond. We are 12-15 minutes walk from the main train station and bus station. Parking is on street with a small pay & display charge between 8.45am- 5.45pm Monday to Saturday (free evenings and Sundays). Maximum cost is £3.20/day. We stay on the ground floor and guests are welcome to make use of our extensive walled garden at the lower ground floor level if you fancy a BBQ or just a bit of a chill out. Just let us know if you would like to use the garden and we can explain how to access if from the back lane or by using our internal stairs if we are at home.
