Charming house with sea view A careful renovation combining the charm of the old and the comfort of a bright living room opening onto an equipped kitchen. House ideally located on the heights of Tréboul with a magnificent view of Tristan Island. Everything is within walking distance: less than ten minutes to the port and its shops, about fifteen minutes to the beaches and the city center of Douarnenez via the Rhu port footbridge. The space The house with an area of 74 m2 on two floors will seduce you with its comfort. After a private entrance hall on the ground floor that offers a small space where you can leave beach gear, stroller and other... You will have access to the living rooms with an area of 33 m2, a laundry-dressing room on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms, bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilets on the second floor. The bedrooms are both equipped with new bedding with thick memory foam mattresses and various storage spaces. One, spacious 24 m2 with a 140 X 200 bed, and the other, more cozy 9 m2, with two 80 x 200 cm beds that offer the possibility of a 160 x 200 cm bed as desired. The sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate a young person if necessary. Wi-Fi (fiber), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, a multi-function robot, bluetooth speaker and many other new amenities will be at your disposal to offer all the comfort necessary for your vacation. No television in this list but the four main windows of the house (including those of the bedrooms) offer a magnificent view of Tristan Island and the bay of Douarnenez. No garden but the house without opposite faces a nice shared garden maintained by the locals. Some aromatic plants and vegetables are grown leaving a grassy area of about 200 m2 where children can play. Other things to note Note: Linens (sheets, bath towels, tea towels, etc.) are not included in the rental price in order to reduce the overall price of the rent, leaving the possibility to come with your own linen. However, it can be rented at a price of 7.5 euros per person and upon request when booking. Beds can be made upon arrival for €5 per bed. A deposit check of 400 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure if no major damage or missing items are found on that day.
