Eindhoven 1 Bedroom Apartment “Short & Long Stay”

A lovely comfortable studio apartment in the district of Stratum, real close to the city center of Eindhoven. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The perfect location for a short or long stay in the design and technology capital of the Netherlands. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority. The space The studio of approximately 21 square meters is one of two luxury studio apartments on the first floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. Currently, I am happy to welcome guests again in the two luxurious Airbnb studios on the first floor. Always maximum two guests per studio so guests have all the space that is currently required. This studio has a kitchen with all the necessary amenities and a bar with bar stools for dinning. There is a Philips smart TV. Walra bathrobes and towels are provided for in the studio. You share the common bathroom with toilet. I decide to take extra hygiene and cleaning measures in the bathroom. Also, guests should always close the bathroom door when using the bathroom, which guarantees the 1.5 meter guidelines. Guest access You have free access to secure WIFI after a password has been specified. Your own Philips smart TV. You also have the use of a private kitchen in your studio, equipped with two hotplates and a fridge. There is also a Philips coffee maker, a Philips kettle and a Philips toaster in the studio's kitchen. In the common bathroom you will find the shower, sink, toilet, towel rack, stool, a small bathroom table with all necessities. The bathroom door can be simple and safely locked from the inside. You share the bathroom with toilet with up to 2 other people. A Pro hair-dryer, a extra make-up mirror, shower gel and toilet paper are available in the shared bathroom. There are plenty of paid parking (9am-21pm) spaces right in front of the door and across the street is a parking lot where you can park your car easily. Other things to note Order a breakfast at the true artisan baker Renders, Subway or at a real Dutch cheese shop. You can also get your breakfast at Albert Heijn, the largest chain of supermarkets in the Netherlands. And for your dinner you do not have to go far as well, as there are plenty of eateries with attractive outdoor terraces just a few meters away. Just four house numbers down there is a delicious authentic Thai restaurant and across the street you will find a shoarma shop, a kebab shop, a snack bar, a pizza place and a cozy dining cafe.
