New house under a barn

Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside in a very quiet environment but 10 minutes from Vic-Fezensac! We welcome you to our 2-star 80 m2 cottage that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Guests can enjoy the 15,000 m2 of land. The house is fully accessible to PRM: no stairs, hallway and doors 90 cm wide, walk-in shower. On the small terrace with garden table and armchairs you will have a view of the Pyrenees. No smoking in the gîte. The space Very bright living room. The kitchen/dining room is equipped (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), table for 6 people. Living area with a sofa bed and comfortable armchairs for an aperitif around a coffee table or to watch programs on the TNT TV. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, towel dryer and washing machine. 2 bedrooms: the first has a 160 x 200 cm bed, the other 2 beds 90 x 180 cm. The hallway that serves the bedrooms and the bathroom is equipped with large storage closets (shelves and wardrobes with hangers). Guest access The space is fully provided for guests, house, terrace and garage. The accommodation is completely disinfected between each guest stay. We apply barrier measures systematically and especially upon the arrival of each new occupant to give them the keys and some information. Other things to note The countryside is a quiet place, we enjoy hearing and seeing the birds in the area.
