Stay in a fully restored, 4,000 square foot, Georgian Center Hall Colonial. Built in 1919. Located in a quiet, tree-lined, residential street in the Edgewater neighborhood, steps away from Edgewater Park and the Lake Erie shoreline and beaches. Ample and secure, off-street parking, or take public transportation to and from the airport and downtown Cleveland. Four bedrooms with two full bathrooms on the second floor, and one half bathroom on the first floor. The space Adjacent to Lake Erie and Edgewater Park. Both are accessible by a one minute walk. Less than one mile to the retail area of Clifton Blvd. Seven minutes to Downtown Cleveland via the RTA Cleveland State Line / Clifton Blvd. bus # 55. Bus stop is just two blocks. Direct train access from and to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport via the RTA Red Line. Guest access Guests will have full use of the first and second floors of the home. The home features a newly remodeled, large gourmet kitchen, with granite countertops, and stainless steel Viking commercial appliances. The television in the Solarium features Spectrum Cable. All bedroom televisions in the home feature VIZIO 32” Smart HD TV's, and each contain ROKU Streaming sticks with ROKU remote control. There is an upright, Whirlpool Washer and Dryer Combination in the basement, available for laundry needs during your stay. Other things to note No smoking of any kind inside the home. Also, no open flame candles are permitted. No parties or loud music. The house is located in a very quiet, residential, historic neighborhood. Each of the four bedrooms have an individual window unit air conditioner. Also, two of the four bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. Please note, there are no air conditioning units on the first floor of the home. Unfortunately, the home is not set up for the accommodation of young children. The home is over 100 years old, and requires that it be treated with respect and care. Many of the furnishings are antique, period pieces, and simply are not suitable for young children.
