This fully restored and comfortable haven of peace will welcome you in all circumstances (Vacation, Work, Fitness). As a reminder, Semoussac is located 5 km from the A10 highway, Mirambeau exit, and therefore has ideal access. The Setting: Interior: This 63 m2 furnished Charentaise house, restored in November 2013, welcomes you now (from 2 to 3 people) by offering you a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe), bathroom (shower and all comforts), separate toilet, equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, bar) and living room TV, dining room table). Exterior: You will appreciate the calm and sweetness of a green and wooded lawn as you walk around the house, the village and its surroundings. The different horizons of the place called "Chez Calot" with country views, wooded areas will make you linger or simply take a deep breath of fresh air. Not to mention the play area that this will give your children. Between two rows of vines, you can enjoy a view of the Gironde estuary and its many cognac and country wine vineyards. Garden furniture and a barbecue will complete the equipment at your disposal. In summer, a surprise from our gardens will give your taste buds a treat. Activities and getaways: The south of Charente-Maritime opens its doors to you and allows you to quickly reach: - Natural sites: The Gironde estuary, its "carrelets" (small houses built on stilts), its small fishing and boating ports, equestrian centers, numerous bike and hiking trails, Natura 2000 Zone. - Beaches (from Royan to 40 minutes, taking a look at the wild coast from Palmyre). - Numerous vineyards in cognac, pineau des Charentes and Charentais and Bordeaux wines. - Many picturesque towns such as Bordeaux (UNESCO World Heritage city center), La Rochelle (and its two famous towers), Rochefort (and its royal rope factory), Royan (and its seafront), Blaye (and its citadel), Angoulème (and its historic center built on a cliff), Jonzac (and its castle), Mirambeau (and its castle), Saintes (and its arenas), Saint Emillion (and its picturesque village).
