We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 15 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. The space We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and want to provide a real "home from home". Anything you need, let us know and we will do our best to get it for you. Cleanliness has always been of paramount importance to us, however we want to reaasure you that we follow extensive cleaning and disinfecting guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. These guidelines are based on recommendations from experts and government health organisations. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin single beds. Quality bed linen and towels are included with the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher aand washing machine (soaps/capsules available for you to use) and has a large wooden dining table in the dining area. The comfortable living room is equipped with Freeview TV and an Amazon Alexa. We do not offer parking with no 15. You will see there is a parking space in front of the cottage, however access is completely blocked if someone is parked next door, so we ask you to park elsewhere. Parking in the streets directly around no 15 is limited to 1 hour during the day, but is unlimited in the evenings and all day Sunday. As you move further out of the area, there is free unlimited street parking, it is just a case of finding a space. There are pay carparks close by in Trinity Square (24 hour) and at Morrisons (open until 8pm). Other things to note We have a restaurant in the building in front of the cottage and we are pleased to offer a 10% discount to all customers staying in the cottages, but that's not all. Had a long day at the beach or a busy day sightseeing and just fancy relaxing in the cottage. Choose from the menus and we will deliver the food to the cottage for you to enjoy. What a treat. My husband, Antonio, is Head Chef. He hails from the beautiful Caribbean Island of Barbados so our menu is based around the tastes and flavours of the Caribbean.
