In a corner of paradise, come and recharge your batteries in any season. You will be alone in this hamlet with Raymond the farmer. This old stable will offer you several beautiful panoramic views that will allow you to overlook the valley and feel alone in the world. House Ideal for meeting friends and family. On foot from the house: Hiking, mushroom picking, wood/wall strawberries, mountain biking By car (3 min): lake (swimming and fishing allowed), tree climbing The space 140m2 house with a very large living room and 75m2 open kitchen. Which makes the home very friendly. This room is heated by the fireplace and 2 heat pumps. In winter season the wood will be provided to you at will without any surcharge. There are 3 real bedrooms with electric heating. Dogs are willing to accept in the accommodation Please note: Bed and bath linen is not included in the reservation, you will need to provide your own sheets and towels. Guest access The house is at the exit of Champagnac le Vieux, in the hamlet "Le Genestoux" You will access the house by crossing a small forest, just after the hamlet "Toirat" A starter kit is provided to vacationers, including mini dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag, dishwasher tablets and linens, as well as tea, coffee and sugar for a pleasant start to stay.
