Broombank Cabin rural getaway Isle of Arran

Set in the heart of the Lochranza country side on the stunning Isle of Arran, we have a tranquil retreat, with stags and golden eagles in close proximity. Relax, unwind and take in the stunning views of the sleeping warrior mountains. There is a stunning sea view from the top of the track the sunset is quite spectacular. We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast. The space The Cabin is warm and cosy as we have double glazed windows and is very well insulated so cosy in the colder months. There are two efficient heaters in the living area and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with most utensils for you to cook a meal. there is an electric oven with hob and grill, also a microwave, other electricals are toaster and kettle. The living area has a comfy 2 seater sofa and a tv that works through a set top box giving access to on demand tv and netflix and now box if you have an account we do not supply access to this. We have a very good wifi speed around 45mbs. There is a small dining table and 2 chairs. The access track to the house is quite a rough track and not for the faint hearted, it is not suitable for regular vehicles ( although we have had many guests that have made it ok) more suitable for a SUV / 4x4, however vehicles can be left at at the bottom of the track and we offer transport on arrival and departure if necessary. On arrival guests will find a welcome pack of necessities with teas, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals and other goodies. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. There is no shop in the village so please come prepared. The nearest shop is approx 15 minutes by car in Pirnmill. ****ALL OUTDOOR SHOES MUST BE REMOVED ON ENTRY TO THE CABIN, AS WE LIVE RURALLY THERE IS SHEEP AND DEER POO AROUND THE AREA. **** ******WE DO NOT ALLOW CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES******
