The Old Village Hall

The Old Village Hall was converted to living accommodation over 20 years ago as the village population had increased and a larger space was needed to support the community.Its situated just over a mile outside Blandford within a stones throw of the Great Dorset Steam Fair and Larmer Tree Gardens.Ideal location for access to Bath,Salisbury,Dorchester,Poole, Bournemouth and the Jurassic Coast. Great location for walking,running and cycling.Two pubs within walking distance and local shops nearby. The space Guest accommodation is on the ground floor offering a spacious room with a super king size bed leading on to the conservatory where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the cottage garden on one side and the village church on the other. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. A single mattress ,travel cot and high chair are available for children and babies. Guest access My home is open plan giving guests access to all the ground floor. There is an AGA cooker in the kitchen area and an electric oven and hob along with all the facilities to prepare food.In the summer months , the Aga is generally switched off. During your stay I enjoy meeting people and am happy to socialise as much or as little as suits. Other things to note Roadside parking.
