Private room in a beautiful complex & pet friendly

Welcome to my apartment! It is a beautiful space with art, a view and along with relaxing energy. Wifi. AC works wonderful. Located on the 3rd floor in bld. 3 I have a spacious two bd. with the spare for guests & private bathroom for your stay. Your room has a smart tv, w/ netflix, amazon, etc. Bathroom has clean towels, linen, soap &some tolietries to accomate your stay. Washer/dryer for use inside unit. Tall ceiling fans. Plenty of open parking available for trailers, cars etc. Cozy, clean! The space Kitchen should have what you need- any questions let me know ☺️ bathroom toiletries, linen, soap etc.. private bathroom connected to bedroom Guest access Everywhere is fine except my personal bedroom. I have a island bar with stools for meals, a couch and tv for entertainment and a kitchen to cook or store anything you may need pots and pans I have. Coffee, etc. washer and dryer inside my unit! Feel free to use. I’m usually home lately possibly in and out. I’m a laid back person whom gets along easily with people and I really just keep this like a typical roommate experience. I’m 420 friendly and it will be apparent so if you’re anti-cannabis I recommend booking elsewhere 😌 also I have two cats and If allergies are a prob I can keep them in my bedroom. Other things to note Please be cautious of the locking of the doors and my kitties if you use the balcony not to look them outside in this heat, I use the ac daily in the summer keep it around 69-73 I refuse to be hot lol it’s a great combo with the ceiling fans. I have fans available as well as Bluetooth speakers etc
