3-storey spacious house, full of light, with direct access to the 5-mile wide beach of Borth, 5 miles north of Aberystwyth. Great location in the centre of the village, it sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Ideal for relaxed get-togethers. The space Facing onto the beach, it's a constant battle with the elements - sea and driving rain have a mind of their own - but our oil-fired boiler, wood-burning stove and/or free-standing heating appliances make it warm and comfortable all year round, whatever the weather. Don't expect the Ritz and you will love it! But then it's Borth, isn't it? Guest access We have a large kitchen / dining area, with french doors opening onto the sea. It has a through sitting room, 5 generous bedrooms (4 with sea views), bathroom, and a shower room. 4 single beds, 4 doubles. Electricity and heating included. Equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV (free view only) and DVD player. And a piano. Duvets and blankets provided but please bring your own linen and towels. Pets welcome.
