MEZZANINE 1 meter 40 high with 2 Bultex mattresses on the floor 190 X 90 cm, accessible by a metal staircase; it can be a little hot there in summer: {a small fan is provided- SEE the photos! NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION, NO PETS, NO PARTIES, no guests! Guest access Private terrace in front of the house, with table and 4 chairs under a tree + lounge chairs. Free private parking in the secluded courtyard: can accommodate a car + trailer or a truck. 50 meters away: Children's playground, petanque court, fitness trail with 7 pieces of equipment over 1.5 km, 12th-century church, walking path along the stream. A quiet and peaceful area of Seuillet, located 3 km from Saint-Germain-des-Fossés or Magnet, where you will find shops. We live next door, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to contact us. Other things to note The mezzanine is more intended for teenagers or children. Take a good look at the photos. Heavy truck parking in the village square, a 3-minute walk from our accommodation. NO SMOKING in the accommodation! NO pets! NO parties, NO guests (for insurance reasons). Check-in after 6 p.m., until 10:30 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m. Heating: Heating is activated from November to the end of March; blocked at 18° night and 20° in the morning and evening. If you want to reactivate or increase it, you'll pay €5 per day upon arrival. The village has free WIFI connection in the perimeter of the City Hall, 50m from the accommodation. But I can lend a router if you request IT BEFORE coming. If there is a problem, I reserve the right to enter the listing.
