The space We've always had winter visitors who return each year, so we have now decided to open up the cottage in the Fall & Spring. Crooked Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Florida, one of only a few designated by the State as having “outstanding waters,” great for swimming, boating, fishing (large-mouth bass & bluegill are plentiful) & water sports. Weekly & monthly rental discount. Guest access Two patios on the property facing the lake; our family's private beach; large yard leading down to the lake; patio/beach chairs & umbrella. Guest beach towels, hats, sunblock & flip flops and other toiletries are furnished in the cottage. Kayaks upon request. Other things to note The cottage is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate a 3rd person in the main room. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. There is lots of storage in the bedroom - a large closet and 2 dressers - and another closet in the main room.
