Modern Tskneti house with fresh air & great views.

20 minutes away from the center of Tbilisi, the prestigious Tskneti provides fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere, as well as many activities (sports, shops, banks, hair salons). Our new house is in the quieter upper part, with a bus stop (bus to the city) next door. Guests will have the 2 upstairs bedrooms (message us if you only need 1 bedroom) with the small hall and a private bathroom. The kitchen can also be used. Breakfast and (8 $) transfer by car (30 $) available on request. The space It is one of the most modern and original houses in the area, with big windows all along the walls. Inside the house, besides the light and the views, you have new, comfortable furniture and an entirely equipped kitchen. The house has a cosy, welcoming spirit to it, noted by every visitor, and all the friends love spending time there. Guest access The guests will be able to access the second floor at all times, the kitchen if needed and the yard. During your stay We will be meeting and checking in the guests, also providing transfer by car if asked. My mother is very open and helpful, but her English knowledge being limited, I am the main contact for the beginning. To be noted: she speaks fluent Russian in case of Russian speaking guests.
