Spacious room in Fnideq ~ Castillejos ~ Morocco

My home is a spacious, clean, 3 floor house located in the cute coastal town of Fnideq (also known as Catillejos in spanish), in a quiet but lively street with numerous traditional Moroccan shops, bakeries and markets, just 10 min walking distance from the centre. The city beach and the small port is just a 5-min walk away. Staying with us, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the true Moroccan lifestyle in its most authentic way. The space Should you choose to book, you’ll be staying in a modern new building, with an authentic Moroccan interior, that consists of 2 fully and 1 partially equipped apartments, each on its own floor and with separate access, with a total of 6 private bedrooms of various sizes, 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 large terraces on the rooftop overlooking the street, ideal for grabbing some sunshine on a hot summer day or just relaxing and doing some stargazing during the evenings. When it comes to infrastructure, we have plenty of electrical outlets to charge your devices and spacious western style toilets with large bathtubs and showers easily adjustable to your preferred temperature. The water pressure is excellent. There is also a huge 110m2 garage, where you can park your bicycle or motorbike and even keep your pet if you’re traveling with a dog or a cat. While an elephant (or even a few) could fit in quite nicely, at this point unfortunately we cannot promise to accommodate one :). Whether you are a solo traveler backpacking through the north of Morocco or an expat doing a visa run to nearby Ceuta, a couple looking for a comfortable base to explore the nearby cities of Tanger, Tetouan, Chefchaouen, or a family looking for a spacious apartment to spend the summertime with kids, or you want to spend a great day in climbing Jebel Musa, we will be happy to accommodate you. Guest access Depends on the room / Shared or fully private access. Access to common areas such as living room, kitchen and bathroom...are shared with other guests if there are any. During your stay We will usually be occupying a separate apartment in the building so that you can enjoy full privacy and feel like you are at home . We love to be available to our guests, sharing experiences of our life and culture as Moroccan, our cultural backgrounds, and our passions. If we are not in the house during your stay, we will be available 24/7, via W.App or phone number, should you need to get in touch at any time. On your arrival, we will be happy to suggest places you can see, things you can do, and also help you getting around, in and out of the city. Other things to note We understand the importance of immersing oneself in a new culture. Luckily Morocco has lots to offer. That’s why we can help you learn more about Moroccan life. We can organize a cooking lessons for you to learn how to prepare delicious traditional moroccan food like tajine, couscous and even harira or bisarra soups.
