Dear guests, let me introduce you a wonderful Alpine style house.The house is located in the best location of the complex and in the best mountain complex in Bulgaria "Pirin Golf Resort" near Bansko. Wood and stone, huge windows with a lot of light, a burning fireplace, a noisy company or a quiet romantic weekend - everything is for you. Incredible views of mountain peaks that look right at you wherever you are - on the terrace or in the bedroom. Fresh air and you are inside nature itself! The space This lovely house has about 200 m2 and is equipped with a large living room with fireplace, TV, kitchenette and large dining table, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, hot water heating system, a huge terrace with grill and garden furniture, as well as a private courtyard and parking for 2-3 cars. The house is located very comfortably, as it has a private road to the door and no one passes by. Absolute privacy. You can only be disturbed by the inhabitants of nature, birds, squirrels, foxes and hedgehogs)). I also want to note that we do not use video cameras for security, since the complex itself is well guarded and there are no uninvited guests in it. Perhaps for some it is important. Guest access The whole house is in your use. We love him, please treat him kindly! Other things to note Dear guests, we want to inform you about the preparation for living and equipping the house, so that you better understand what you will use. So, first of all, we do a general cleaning after each stay. We wash the floors, all surfaces, the refrigerator, the terrace, we sanitize the washrooms and showers. We also prefer to leave an adequate supply of toilet paper and dishwashing detergents in the kitchen. Next, we change all bed linen to fresh, which is washed in a professional laundry complex. Please note that we leave the sets of towels in multiples of the number of guests specified in the booking. As a standard, there are two towels (small and large), in each bathroom there are rugs on the floor. If you need additional towels or a bathrobe, this is possible, but for a fee and is not included in the price. We usually don't leave slippers, but if you need it, please let us know in advance. Perhaps you want an extra service or decide to bring your favorite espresso machine or a bathrobe with warm slippers with you!
