The Space Privacy First: Ground-floor suite with a dedicated driveway and private entrance. Relaxation Hub: Enjoy a private patio with comfortable lounge chairs and a 3-person hot tub (31 jets!), a gas fire pit, and serene wooded views. You have the best views on the property so keep an eye out for wildlife. We have bunnies, deer, turtles and more walk through our one acre property. Comfortable Living: 600 sq. ft. open floor plan with central AC/heat and an Ecobee thermostat. Amenities Living Room: 50” Apple TV (Hulu, Netflix, HBO), Wii game console & fun games, queen air mattress for extra guests, and local art. Stocked Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking with a 4-seat dining table and breakfast bar (oats and pancakes included!). Coffee Station: A dream for coffee lovers! Includes a Ninja brewer (K-cups or grounds), French press, grinder, and a selection of teas. Bedroom: Peaceful sleep on a queen memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bedding. Bathroom: fresh cotton bathroom linens, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion all provided. SWIM SPA(pool) is a shared space on the opposite side of our property which is available for seasonal use please let me know before use to set up a time for instructions and time for use *See Amenities section for Swim Spa(pool) hours *Swim Spa temperature is set at 88 so you can safely swim or relax *Our Swim Spa holds over 1800 gallons (typical spa holds 450)of water so heating is not an easy task. *Read all of the instructions that I send you so no damage occurs. *By reserving your suite you are agreeing to all swim spa rules and liability requirements. Guest access Parking & Arrival Your private driveway is located to the "left" of the house. Please note that mountain living comes with hills, and our driveway is a little steep! We recommend "scoping it out" before heading down.(see exterior pictures for reference) Prefer not to drive down? No problem! We have a convenient parking spot at the top of the driveway. Since we are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is also plenty of additional street parking. Finding the Entrance Once at the bottom of the left driveway (by foot or car), head around the corner to find your private entrance. You’ll see a lockbox on the left side of the door containing your key. Welcome home! Other things to note Pet Policy: Pets: Well-behaved pets allowed (let us know at booking). Rules: House-trained only; crate if left alone. Noise: No excessive barking (>1 hour). Clean up: Clean up all waste; waste bags provided. Damage: Guests are responsible for damages. Furniture covers (blankets/towels) are available. Note: We live upstairs, we do our best to not disturb guests but you may hear us.
