This contains a super comfortable bed (standard UK double) a designer sofa, a breakfast bar, a smart TV (internet use only), a pellet stove, hanging space and clothe storage and air conditioning. Then on the left, up a couple of stairs you will enter the kitchen area where there is also a bathroom to the right. The kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer, a hob space, a microwave (combination - with oven setting) a coffee machine and a washing machine. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a sink. To the left of the property is your own private garden which has ample parking for your vehicle. There is a patio area for you to enjoy al fresco dining and to take in the beautiful views whilst making the most of the gorgeous Italian weather. Guest access You will have the entire space for yourself. Your accommodation is entirely private and is not shared with anyone.
