Artist retreat 5-mins walk from Southsea seafront

Happy to welcome guests to a traditional historic home with a contemporary art twist. Set in a quiet residential area, but close to Portsmouth tourist attractions, you can design your ideal ‘seascape’, for work or leisure. Guests are talking about: - 5-min walk to Southsea seafront - 10-min walk to restaurants on Albert Road Southsea - 25-min walk to Fratton train station An affordable break in one of the best places to live on the South Coast UK. The space First floor room accommodating two people in one double bed. TV, wardrobe and drawers provided, along with tea and coffee making facilities and work station. The room is in a private house lived in by the owner. This is one of two bedrooms offered on Airbnb and there may be other guests in the property during your stay. Guest access Guests have their own bedroom and shared use of the kitchen, shower room, dining room and outdoor space. During your stay I like to leave my guests to enjoy their space but I am available most mornings & evenings if required in person, otherwise I am always available via Airbnb if you have any questions.
