Studio flat in Grade 2 listed Victorian house

Comfortable, private studio flat with double bed, its own bathroom (shower) in a grade 2 listed Victorian family house. Tea, coffee, milk etc is provided. Wiveliscombe is a lovely small town set in beautiful hills close to Exmoor and the Quantocks, 30 mins from M5 and Taunton. The space There is a comfortable double bed and separate sitting area including basic cooking facilities comprising sink and electric twin hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. You have your own shower room. You can make your own tea and coffee, with fresh milk in the fridge. So you can relax and do your own thing, we're happy to provide breakfast ingredients. Let us know what you'd like us to leave for you. If you'd like to choose your own, we have a Co-op about 3 mins walk away which is open from 8 - 10. The house is private and peaceful whilst being in the very centre of the town. It’s a lovely sunny room with lots of natural light and windows on two sides with views over the garden. Wi-fi is available. Smart TV on which you can access your Netflix, Prime etc Smoking is not allowed. As there is direct access from outside, it would be appreciated if shoes could be removed indoors. Wiveliscombe is very quiet at night so please be considerate of the neighbours. Guest access The flat has its own separate access from the garden with a key in a keybox so you can come and go as you please. During your stay This is a family home but you’ll be undisturbed in the studio whose self-contained nature gives you the option of your own space. We've got books and maps you are free to borrow, and we're happy to recommend places to eat and to visit. Other things to note We have off-road parking down the private driveway.
