This is a unique property with 1300m2 plot. 1 master bedroom with a queensize,2nd bedroom with a (140X200cm) bed, and very confortable sofa bed (160x200) in the lounge . The villa was renovated in 2016.Terrace with a table and 6 chairs,seating area, deck with table and 4 chairs in the garden always a shady area to relax under. Barbecue (coal), high tech kitchen equipment ( dishwasher, americain fridge ice/cold water dispenser). Netflix and Apple TV. The space Espresso coffee machine, kettle , toaster, iron,bed clothing and bath towels provided. Landscape garden, space to park up to 5cars. Other things to note The house can host a maximum of 6 people. There is no facilities to host more than 6 people. Thank you
