Haus Otis - 2 Bedroom Apartment Millstatt

Haus Otis is a 2 bedroom holiday apartment located at the top of Alexanderhofstrasse in Millstatt. From here the apartment offers fantastic views of both lake Millstatt and the Carinthian Mountains. It is a fantastic area to visit all year. Winter allows for skiing in several nearby ski resorts, Summer is where the lake becomes the main attraction, and hiking is available all year round. The space We have 2 bedrooms in the private apartment. They can be configured as king size beds or as 2 singles in each room depending on your preference. We have a babybjorn travel cot, wooden highchair and childrens toys and games for those travelling with young children. Do let us know in advance if you would like these set up for your arrival. Guest access Haus Otis is a private 2 bedroom apartment located to one side of the House. Its has a private lockable door to the apartment for your exclusive use. The apartment is set over 2 floors. With the open plan living area, dining and kitchen on the ground floor, opening out onto a patio terrace area with seating and a BBQ. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, with the options of a king size or the beds formated as singles in either room. A travel cot can be added. The bathroom with large walk-in shower is also upstairs. It has a shared entrance area and guests may use the shared laundry facilities. Other things to note There are two cats that live on-site in our home. They are very friendly, and I am sure you will see them around the outdoor space. There is a local tourist tax which is payable on arrival during your stay direct at Haus Otis. Its is €2.30 per guest (age 18 and over) per night. It is possible to pay in cash or by card.
