There is a large HEATED swimming pool shared with one other holiday rental and a guest room (maximum of 6 people total); this is an adults-only property set in an authentic, leafy, and flower-filled environment. The gîte is fully equipped: TV, queen-size bed (160cm), indoor and outdoor dining areas, a functional kitchen, and a private terrace. Experience the true authentic charm of the Périgord region here. The gîte is completely independent from the owners' house and the property's other rental unit; it is tucked away in a secluded spot offering panoramic views. "Le Clos des Étoiles" offers peace, privacy, and the chance to share warm, convivial moments by the pool. All household linens are provided: bed sheets, bath and pool towels, tea towels, a new sponge, etc. Adults only (no children). A large HEATED swimming pool (open April to November) with panoramic views is at your disposal, along with a pétanque court and relaxation areas. End-of-stay cleaning fee: €50.
