Eco apartment by the Upper Lake

A cozy apartment with a great location: 100 meters from the entrance there is the Upper Lake with a park where you can walk for hours, a playground and coffee shops. Nearby on Nevsky Street - public transport stops, Croissant Cafe, Semya supermarket. It is located on a very quiet street, so you can sleep perfectly! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a combined bathroom. Communication in English is also available. The space The apartment is rented for 2 days or more. You can come with children (there is a baby seat for the toilet in the bathroom), pets are allowed. Parties are strictly forbidden; smoking is not allowed in the room, on the balcony and in the entrance. The apartment has Wi-Fi and all the necessary appliances: fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron with ironing board, hairdryer; there is a water filter on the kitchen sink (small tap on the right) - drinking water, clean. The price includes a bath towel, shampoo and shower gel. In addition to two bedrooms, the apartment has a living room with a desk and a large TV with any movie you can find on the Internet (streaming services, or you can connect your laptop via HDMI cable). The apartment is very cozy and homely, it is not a faceless "apartment", but a place that we chose for our family and decorated with great love :) Guest access Separate waste collection is available in the apartment. If you lead an eco-friendly life, ask us and we will tell you about the rules of the RSO in our apartment, and also tell you where the nearest zero-waste store is :) Other things to note There is no elevator in the house; - Parties are strictly forbidden, as well as noise after 10pm. We respect the peace of our neighbors; - We expect you to take care of the apartment and its contents. This is our home and we love it very much; - Early check-in and late check-out must be agreed in advance; - Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, electronic cigarettes, etc.) is prohibited both in the apartment and on the balcony and on the landing.
