Room in a quiet single-storey house in a private residential area 1 km from the city center. - free residential parking - easy access via the Rocade Est - T3 tram station 300 m away - GROUPAMA STADIUM 1 km away (20-minute walk) - 20 minutes from Lyon by transit (Part Dieu, Bellecour...) - near Eurexpo (by car or public transport) - Saint Exupéry Airport 15 minutes away A few km drive to Miribel Jonage Park (swimming, canoeing, sailing, bike path...) The space Accommodation in a quiet residential area with garden, 500 m from the tram, 1 km from the city center and close to a supermarket. Access to Parc Olympique Lyonnais on foot in 20/25 minutes (be careful, GPS systems do not indicate the correct route) Guest access Access to the bathroom but also to the kitchen and garden with terrace if guests wish. These are shared spaces since it is the home we live in. During your stay We can spend time with guests if they wish as this is our home that we occupy and share. We are therefore present for check-in and checkout. Because this is our home, we don't leave the keys. Other things to note The price is for 1 room for 2 people and for 1 night. CLEANING FEES are NOT INCLUDED in the price and ARE €10 payable in cash before your departure. Possibility to rent 2 bedrooms by contacting me. As this is our home, we do not leave the keys, but we are present for the check-in and check-out of our guests. We do not allow people to stay in the accommodation when we are not present. On weekdays as we work, check-in is after 5:30 p.m. and checkout is for 9 a.m. maximum. Despite everything, we remain flexible whenever possible. On weekends, check-in times are more flexible and check-out is by 11 a.m.
