Cosy Cotswold Village Farmhouse

Old Quinmoor Farmhouse is a characterful eighteenth century farmhouse situated towards the center of Broadwell and is 200m from the village green and 350m from the village pub. There is a large garden that is perfect for summer and parking to the rear that can accommodate at least two cars, with space for more vehicles at the front of the house. The space Living room - The living room has a wood burner which keeps it really cosy and a large sofa and sofa bed. We provide a basket of logs which should last at least two nights. Kitchen - The large well equipped kitchen has an everhot range oven, a fridge, and a dishwasher. The Everhot range oven is an "Always on" oven and automatically turns itself down over night to save electricity. Bedroom 1 - King size bed, Large open space with plenty of light. Bedroom 2 - Double bed, smaller room with a window. Bedroom 3 - Twin single beds, smaller room wit a window. Bedroom 4 - Sofa bed in upstairs "snug" room. This is a small room with a pull out sofa bed which will be made up for your arrival but can be put away on request. This room has an adjoining reading/snug room as well. Sofabed in living room/common area - This is in the downstairs living room and opens up in front of the fireplace. We recommend that this bed is left in the sofa configuration until required. Guest access Guests have access to the majority of the house. There are two locked private storage rooms hidden at the back of the house, and a locked family cupboard in the kitchen. Other things to note I would like to note that the house is unsuitable for people with limited mobility as it has uneven steps to the front door and the back door. There is a second cot available by request, it is a smaller cot which may not be suitable for children above the age of 1 year.
