Room Fatma is decorated with antique traditional cypriot furniture. The owner Ayhatun Atesin is a well respected Cypriot artist whom decorated the whole accomodation with countless pieces of art. The check point to Greek-side, amazing restaurants & cafes, live music bars and markets, historical gems of the walled city like Buyuk Han are all in less than 300m radius in reach of your accomodation! You can also join the artists workshops for a very small fee and can shop her hand-made souvenirs! The space There are three private rooms in the accomodation. They all have comfortable amout of privacy, as they architecturally do not share common walls, all have their own private full-bathroom, hair dryer, seperate fridges, kettles, air-conditioning (hot&cold), drawers & hangers and seating areas in the rooms. The common areas include the back garden which operates as a bar & cafe during the summer months, the full kitchen (also located in the back garden), two half-bathrooms for the garden cafe, art studio and a little handmade souvenir storage room where you can buy yourself a unique piece. There is also a common room at the enterance which gets lots of sunlight during the winter months. The cafe & bar only operates during the summer months. The art studio is used for art classes which you can join to get involved in the process of making your own memorabilia. The space is also decorated with antique furniture and countless pieces of art which are available for purchase. There are extra blankets, towels, toilettories like toilet paper, bathroom slippers, soap, shampoo, shaving blades, conditioners and many more, please do not hesitate to ask the host or the co-host. Using the garden during the colder months is not advised as it will be maintained less often dur to the weather conditions. The location of the house is very central for touristic destinations as it is located in the walled-city of the capital Nicosia, the Greek check-point is also in walking distance.
