This large new house welcomes you for a week/weekend of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Auto/Motorcycle/Classic The house is located in a recent and quiet area of Le Mans, close to the university and all shops. The tram 150 meters away connects to the city center in 10 minutes and the 24-hour circuit, avoiding any traffic jams. The house is independent, not overlooked, and its terrace overlooks a large natural park. The space The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor: * one bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom * a toilet Upstairs * a master suite with dressing room, bathroom and 2 sinks, private toilet * one bedroom with private bathroom and 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) * For the fourth bedroom, a bathroom with toilet. * a toilet Guest access With access to the entire house (except garage), guests can enjoy a large dining room, a living room with fireplace, and a separate office. The kitchen is fitted and equipped. The back kitchen contains a washing machine and dryer. Large terrace and garden furniture. Other things to note As this is my main residence, I leave my personal belongings in the cupboards. However, guests will have space to store their belongings.
